Alice Saltiel-Marshall born, September 13th, at Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
1962 - 66 Studied art at The
Art Centre, Central Technical School, Toronto. A student of
Canadian icon Doris McCarthy
who was on staff there for 40 years.
1966 - 69
Commercial artist for Irwin Toy Ltd., Toronto.
1969 Married Bill
Marshall and went on an extended honeymoon in Europe.
1969 - 70
Lived in Brighton England. Worked
as a commercial artist and exhibited in London.
1972 Moved from Ontario to Alberta.
1973 With Bill, created
the company, Saltiel Originals Inc., to reproduce and distribute
reproductions of her paintings.
1975 Denise Saltiel
Marshall was born, March 6th.
1978 Laura Anne Marshall
was born January 1st.
1986 Moved into Canmore
where she and Bill still reside today. |
